A modern clothes washing machine can suffer from odors or mildew. It may build to the point where the odors seem to overwhelm all other aspect of the clothes washing experience. The causes can be varied but generally are due to moisture build-up within the clothes tub.

Since the washing machine itself operates full of water the presence of moisture is typical. The problems usually begin either when the water is not removed at the end of the cycle by the drain system, or for some other reason, excess water accumulates inside the tub.

If the drain system is suspected test the clothes immediately after the cycle has ended. The cheek method works well. Remove a towel from your completed load of washing. Place it against your cheek. The towel should feel cool against your cheek without feeling wet. If the towel feels wet place it back into the washing machine and re-spin the load. If a second spin removes more moisture then your washing machine is not reaching its maximum spin speed.

Associated with the slow spin speed is overloading of the washer. To test for overloading wait until your normal load has completed and come to a full stop. Then remove two or three items and restart the cycle from the rinse position. Let the washing machine fill with water, and go completely through the rinse, drain, and spin cycles. Again let the machine complete the cycle and come to a full stop. If the clothes are now properly spun, suspect overloading.

There are many things that can affect the spin speed. The most common is an unbalanced load. An unbalanced load will not allow the tub to reach the maximum spin speed. Its usually accompanied by the washing machine either jumping, or being noisy. If this is allowed to continue moisture will remain inside the tub at cycles end. This will cause the machine to smell musty and can eventually lead to the presence of mildew.

All washing machines must come to maximum spin speed to remove the moisture from the clothes. Although the drain pump will remove the majority of water, it is the spinning that removes the moisture from the clothing. If for any reason the maximum spin speed is not reached the moisture within the clothing will tend to redeposit itself inside the washing machine. This is common for people who allow the wet clothes to sit inside the machine long after the wash cycle has been completed. This simple act often leads to odors or mildew. For this reason avoid washing right before bedtime, or before going to work in the morning.

If your washing machine is a front-loading style the possibility of odors is something about which you must be aware. Moisture can accumulate at both the inside surface of the door and the interior. To alleviate this problem dry off the inside surfaces of the door with a clean cloth as soon as your washing is finished. If possible, leave the door slightly open after your washing is completed. This allows warm room air to enter the machine while the machine sits idle.

Also, gently wipe off the rubber seal at the front of the washing machine. It often has grooves, ridges, or small crevices in its surface where water can accumulate. Be aware that along with the wash water will be a small amount of detergent. If allowed to accumulate it can become sour and heighten the bad smell. This is especially possible for anyone with sloppy washing habits.

A final note about front-loading washers is in regard to liquid fabric softeners. If used full strength they may be involved in the odor problem. When used full strength it can become deposited in the detergent dispenser or the front door seal. Once deposited the softener can become sticky, allowing lint and dirt from the clothes to adhere to these surfaces. This washing debris can then cause a smell if left to build up.

At full strength from the bottle their concentration may be too high for the small quantity of water used within a front loader. Liquid fabric softeners should be diluted before placed into these washers. The recommended mixture is six parts of water to every one part of softener. To regulate your liquid fabric softener, keep a pre-mixed amount in a secondary bottle. When fabric softener is required pour it into the washing machine from the pre-mixed rather than the original bottle.

If your clothes washing machine presently has an odor use some of the above methods to isolate the cause. If cleaning the problem area is unsuccessful you may need to take further action. Many consumer websites suggest multiple applications of hot water and a cup of white vinegar. This may be helpful. My experience has shown this method is more preventative than corrective. For washing machine odours we generally recommend the use of a strong washing machine cleaner. One of the most affective is Glisten. Another one is called Ysano. Available for only $99, it's significantly cheaper than the PlayStation 2 and xbox, whose prices range from $150 to $199 (or more if bundled with game titles). The xbox 360, being the newest of the bunch, is the highest-priced. For $299, you get the system and a wired controller. For $399, you get a wireless controller, a headset that players can use to talk to other people online, a 20 GB hard drive that is loaded with game-related videos and music, and a remote.

Parents should go out and try each system personally as well as look at the different titles available for them before deciding which one to buy. Factors such as number and age of users at home, game title availability, and budget should also be considered. Some golfers are amazed that on one shot they hook the ball with their golf swing, and with the next shot they shank it in completely different direction. If you use backspin at all, chances are you, at one time or another, have had a problem with the shank.

The source of this problem is in the first few feet of the back swing. Instead of having a solid one-piece takeaway where the arms, shoulders, club and waist all move in unison, it is likely the hands initiate the takeaway and roll the clubface open.

When this occurs the butt end of the club will be pushed away from the body, the clubface then coming too far inside the target line and hands, promoting a flat back swing. The only way to get the face of the club back to a solid impact position is to roll it (clubface) back to its starting position.

If this is overdone, the clubface will be closed and promote a hook shot. Or, if the butt end of the club is still farther away from the body than at address, youll see a shank.

The golf Back swing Corrected:

As you initiate your back swing, the left forearm should rotate slightly away from the golf, in synchronization with the starting of the body turn.

The action of turning in the back swing will push the clubhead a bit inside the target line, but maintains a position outside of the hands.

Imagine the butt end of the club originating the back swing, and that you are attempting to slightly brush your right thigh with the club during initial few feet of the swing. this promotes the head of the club to say outside the hands in the beginning and move just inside the target line.

To practice:

In your golfing stance prepare as you would when beginning your golf swing. Now, slide your hands down the club shaft, with the butt end of the club sticking slightly into your waist. Take a couple of practice swings. You should become acutely aware of the butt end of the club and its importance as the originator of the back swing.

A solid golf swing begins within the first few feet of the takeaway. Do this properly and youll well on your way to a more solid and fundamental golf swing and playing better golf.

As Florida residents, my family has visited Disney World many times through the years. My husband and I have always avoided bringing a baby along because of the extra hassle involved (nursing, bottles, diapers, etc.). The baby meant extra work for us and was too young to get much enjoyment from the vacation. We were fortunate to have a doting grandmother or very good friends to take care of our baby. And, since we live close by, the separation was never more than a few days.

However, if you do bring your infant to Disney World, dont worry; it is an extremely baby friendly place. There is a baby care center in each park stocked with anything you might need including rocking chairs for nursing. The rest rooms are equipped with changing tables (even most of the mens rooms). Also, they allow a baby swap on the restricted rides so you dont have to stand in line twice (you will need two adults to take turns with the baby and ask an employee at each attraction how to do the swap, it varies).

I have three tips for you if you decide to bring a very young baby to Disney World.

1. Take it easy. This is not the time to push yourself from morning to night. Enjoy the calmer pleasures of Disney World; dont try to fill a quota of attractions which will stress you and your baby out.

2. Bring your own stroller. The Disney rentals are too big for infants. Also make sure your child is protected from the sun with both sunscreen and a canopy. Or consider carrying your small baby in a sling. These are advantageous because strollers are not allowed on most attractions and must be collapsed on busses, monorails, trains, etc., which can be a hassle.

3. Try to place your little one in the path of the Disney characters. They make a big fuss over babies which is a lot of fun and makes great picture moments.

Once, we took our youngest child to Disney World when she was only six weeks old. I had some reservations about the trip but she was too young to leave with anyone else and our passes were about to expire. We had a wonderful time and had some special experiences with our little girl. Chip and Dale made a big fuss over her when we ran into them in the Magic Kingdom and later, we had a very humorous encounter with Cruella DeVille at MGM Studios. As I walked by with my infant in my arms, Miss DeVille said, Pity its not a puppy; I have no use for babies.

Despite Cruellas comment, everyone at Disney World welcomes babies. So, with a little preparation, bring your baby and have a wonderful vacation.

PGA to Deflate Pumped up Players!!

Football? Sure. Baseball? Yep. Cycling? Definitely. Track & Field? No question. But golf? Thats the question now that the PGA tour will begin implementation of their own anti-doping plan in 2008 as part of an overall world golf Foundation policy.

The world golf Foundation not only includes the PGA tour but also the European tour, LPGA, the USGA, augusta national and the Royal and Ancient golf club. With the Asian, Canadian, Japanese and Australasian Tours all signing on to support the plan, weve essentially got an anti-doping plan that reaches every corner of the globe.

PGA Commissioner Tim Finchem had long held fast to the belief that there was no need for anti-doping intervention but has changed his position during this past year. Said Finchem earlier this year theres no sport thats inherently immune to doping. Its a sad commentary, but its true.

Is it true? And is it really necessary? golf has always been looked on as a gentlemans game, one equated to honesty, integrity and good sportsmanship where players self-police and in many instances, call penalties on themselves for unseen infractions. But times apparently are a changing!!

Is this merely a sign of the times, a preemptive strike to keep up with the policies of other professional sports or is there some evidence of cheating that the PGA is hiding from us? Is there a potential Barry Bonds-like abuser lurking on the PGAs leader board? The only player as beefy as a steroid popping ball player is Tiger Woods yet hes also the most vocal proponent of this anti-doping plan and has publicly volunteered to be first in line for testing.

I cant think of another player out there who looks or golfs the part of a doping violator. The guys that hit it 300 yards seem to have reached this mark via advanced technology (i.e. Hotter club faces & balls) mixed in with a bit of exercise but even assuming there is substance abuse on tour, you still have to hit the ball straight! And once the driver is in the bag, players dont really need muscle, they need technique. They need to hit a wedge 100 yards to a tightly tucked pin location and Im not sure theres a drug out there that can help with this. And just how will any banned substance help a professional read and sink a 15 foot putt with a double break in it?

The illegal substances that generally get all the attention are the muscle pumping, strength inducing drugs so prevalent among the Popeye forearmed baseball players of recent years but what about some of the other prohibited substances on the list for testing? The list includes everything from anabolic steroids and hormones to beta-blockers. Now I can see how beta-blockers may be of help to a PGA tour professional as they basically block the affect adrenalin has on your body. In other words they make you relax! Additionally they facilitate smooth muscle control which explains their prevalence as being a treatment for various heart ailments including cardiac arrhythmias and heart attacks (prevention post-attack).

Woods recently reminded reporters that Nick Price once admitted to using beta blockers but said they actually hurt his game rather than help but drugs have varying effects on people so whos to say it wont help the next guy? A few beers usually help calm me down but it certainly doesnt seem to help my game any! Its not farfetched to think that beta-blockers may help someone down the road.

Its better to be proactive rather than reactive so Finchems making the right call here but Im betting on betting on the players and believe golf will not be shamed and dragged into the mud like so many other sports these day.

Wireless Network Security: How to Use Kismet

Kismet is a wireless network detector / sniffer which can give you a vast amount of information about wireless networks. wireless network security flaws are well documented but often very hard for the common person to understand. I will be showing you how to use kismet with out even having to install linux, or compile kismet.

first you need to proceed to remote-exploit.org and download and burn their Auditor CD. (IF you dont know how to burn an iso image, go to Google). This version of linux doesnt install or modify your hard drive; it will boot from the CD and use a Ram drive (On your Memory).

Auditor is not only a great tool for testing wireless network security with kismet but it also has many other computer security tools on it as well.

next, to start Kismet proceed to the linux version of the start menu, and press Auditor. now proceed to the wireless /scanning/kismet tools/kismet.

Once you click on Kismet it will ask you for a default location to place the Kismet log files for analyzing later, just press the desktop or temp file.

now I will show you how to use Kismet. When kismet initially opens you will see a greenish box with numbers and network names (If any are near you) clicking away dont be overwhelmed. (Also I cant show you how to use kismet if you dont have the correct wireless adapter, get an ORINICO gold Classic card off EBAY.) The Orninco gold classic card will be automaticly detected by auditor linux.

The Kismet columns will show the wireless networks ssid (Name), type of device (Access point, gateway) encryption or no encryption, an IP range and number of packets. Kismet will pick up hidden networks with ssid broadcast Disabled also, Netstumbler will not.

now Press H, to bring up the Help Menu. This will give the nuts and bolts on how to use kismet. If you tab down to the network you are auditing and press C, Kismet will show you all the computers that are using that wireless access point / gateway. This Kismet screen will show you the clients mac address, manufacture of wireless adapter, IP address range and traffic.

now to get out of that screen press Q. Tab down on the Main Kismet Screen to another ssid and press I. This Kismet window will show detailed information about the wireless network. The Kismet detail screen will show the type of network (Infrastructrure / Adhoc), signal strength, channel, encryption type, and much more.

Kismet will also give you sound alerts when new wireless networks are discovered or security alerts or suspicious clients are in range. Suspicious clients would be people like you who are using Kismet or Networkstumbler. Unlike you these could be Wardrivers looking for venerable networks to hack into.

You can prevent War drivers from discovering your wireless network by performing a proper site survey which will help limit signal bleed off to unneeded areas. You should write down the suspicious mac address and keep an eye on your access logs. If the War drivers are really stupid just look out your window and look for cars with weird antennas.HA HA HA.

Kismet is more than just a tool to discover wireless networks; it can be used in conjunction with other tools to crack WEP/WPA. Many websites will claim that wep can be cracked in less that five minutes. This is only half the truth because it could take many hours,days,months to gather enough packets to crack. The "Goofiest" Of All Fishing Trips

There are a lot of places in this world where one can go to find solace, peace and tranquility while wetting a line for fish.

Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida is not the first place that comes to mind.

Nonetheless, right there beneath the shadow of the Magic Kingdom, amongst wide-eyed roller coaster riders, a stones throw from Tinkerbell's safety harness, exists one of the prime Largemouth Bass fishing waters you will find anywhere.

Remote? No.

Pristine? Hardly.

Filled with hungry fat Largemouth Bass....YES!!

I'm not really sure what compelled me to book a two hour Disney Bass fishing adventure.

I don't know if I was curious that possibly a rather large mouse might show up at the dock with a fishing vest full of sponsor patches,and a big wad of chew between his cheek and gum. Or, if mechanical alligators might raise up out of the water- jaws agape-while I reached down to pick up my bass by the lips. Or, if perhaps cannonballs might be landing dangerously close to the boat as we all sang yo-ho yo- ho a fisherman's life for me....

Or maybe, just maybe, after wandering around the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and MGM for four days, bouncing off of an endless stream of six year olds with attached parents in tow,eating space burgers,frontier burgers,Yeti burgers, and trying to figure out how to amuse myself in line for 60 minutes while waiting to have the POOH scared out of me.....maybe, just maybe I thought that I might just find a few hours away from the hustle,bustle and silent freakish stares of Chip and Dale.

I must admit, as we were making plans for a family trip to the mother of all amusement parks, I had spotted this fishing adventure on the Disney website. As my wife locked us in for five days of "Disney Magic", I writhed in agony wondering just how many princesses there must be if it takes five days to see them.My six year old daughter was obviously thrilled.

Being a card carrying member of the "I want to go fishing club", I figured this may be my only opportunity to sneak in some fishing on this trip. And if you have ever looked at a map of the Orlando area, you will see that this is an abundant area of lakes, not to mention short drives to the coastal areas and ocean fishing galore. In other words it was killing me, knowing how close to great fishing I was--but unless they had trout swimming along the waterways of Splash Mountain--I was never going to see any of them.

So, after the third day of posing for pictures with oversized rodents, dragons, and perky princesses, I called the Disney central reservation line for "active fun"-as if screaming and doing isometric hand grips on Expedition Everest, or ogling Pocahontas is not considered active fun!- and booked a bass fishing trip for the next morning. Evidently, the line and waiting period for the "largemouth bass ride" is not nearly as long as the wait for Peter Pan, because the nice girl (I think it may have been Cinderella) was able to get us a fishing trip out of the Contemporary Hotel Marina with no problem.

Didn't even have to get a FastPass!!

Best of all, we didn't have to get up early. We were scheduled for 10:00 a.m.

Like all Disney events and productions, great attention to detail and planning is done to insure the perfect family experience. That is why catch and release is the practice on Seven Seas lagoon and Bay lake, (the two primary fishing waters at Walt Disney World) and probably a big reason for the reliable fishery.

AND like all Disney adventures and productions, the perfect family experience has it's price.

$230.00 for two hours of fishing!

That's a lotta rubber worms.

In fairness, that is the rental of the boat and the boat can handle up to five fishermen(four if they are wearing mouse ears.) so really you technically can get it under fifty bucks a person.

AND like all Disney events-it was well worth the price to see the excited look on my daughters face when I told her we were gonna catch us " a messa bass".

Most of the guides showed up at the marina a few minutes early and looked like they had part time roles on The Animal Planet. The boats were spotless, fully equipped and ready to go. Since there were three of us and we had a "little one" on board, we were given a pontoon type boat rather than a bass boat.

I expected Steve the crocodile hunter to be our guide for the day,but as it turned out our guide was to be a lovely lady by the name of Holly.

Guess Goofy had the day off.

After quick introductions we were on board our Tracker and on our way.

Now, for those of you that have read any previous articles I have written, you will quickly realize that I was going fishing with three members of the "e-factor" estrogen fishing society. If you are not familiar with this secret society, let's just say that I had about as much of a chance of outfishing these ladies as getting a date with Ariel or Snow White.

As we motored our way out of the natural waters of Bay lake and into the man made Seven Seas lagoon, Holly, a veteran of over twenty years in the Disney corporation, gave us some interesting facts on her background with Disney World. Having spent the first part of her career with Disney in "guest relations" she had mainly handled "guest" complaints, so the fishing guide position she had held for the last eight years was a welcome relief. She had grown up in Louisiana fishing for bass, and she was well qualified for obviously one of the most coveted positions that the 70,000 or so folks on the Disney World payroll could have. Spending your day out on the water away from the crowds certainly seemed a better tour of duty, than trying to manipulate a pen with oversized paws inside a large fur coat in 90 degree weather.

But that's just me.

We motored on by the big ferry boat loaded with another group of guests ready for a d-day like assault on the Magic Kingdom, and pulled up to the shallows near an island. I knew I would have to catch my fish early on, before the "estrogen" effect would occur and I would be relegated to camera duty.

Even though catch and release is the practice on these waters, live bait is still the bait of choice. Being a steelhead and salmon fisherman from Oregon I was unfamiliar with the little "shiners" that they use down south to produce the big bass, but as if on cue, within a minute of tossing the little fellar into the drink I had my first largemouth on--and it was a nice one too!

I hoisted a chubby four pound bass onto the boat, and as I grabbed him by the "largemouth" I made sure he was real, and not some animatronic Disney bass that was about to break into a chorus of "You ain't nothin' but a hound dog".

Pretty soon Sara, my daughter, had her first bass on and mom was right behind her with her first bass.

Dang, the estrogen had kicked in early.

As promised, Disney had already delivered a great family experience and since most of the fish caught by my daughter had been crappie sized fish out of her Grandpa's pond, the look of excitement that Sara had on her face when she hoisted her first largemouth bass was well worth the price of admission.

We each caught several more bass with the biggest running close to five pounds.

Sara, like any six year old, quickly lost interest in the labor involved with catching fish, and turned her interest to the "shiners" swimming in the live well.

I guess you might say she took a shine to 'em!! HA!

Anyway, she became are unofficial "shiner" go-fer, and kept the little fish in shape, by chasing them around trying to catch them with her bare hands.

After a short dry spell, we headed off to other "pristine" waters. This spot happened to be at the ferry landing, where all the people line up for the d-day assault.Under the watchful eyes of hundreds of Disney patrons and a couple of Herons and Egrets, we went bass fishing. After landing another big chubby in front of the bored line sitters, they all let out a loud cheer and like the shy fella I am, I hoisted my trophy like I had just won Bassmaster's $10,000 first prize on ESPN.

Unfortunately, one of our released fish didn't fare to well and soon was floating belly up near the ferry boat. A Heron made a heroic effort to hoist the big fish from the waters, but the two pound fish was too much and he retired back to his front row seat on shore.

Although there is always going to be a certain amount of attrition, even when you are catching and releasing fish, I think the Disney folks would just as soon their bass went belly up away from the gates to Fantasyland, and we soon had a radio call from Holly's boss telling us to move from the docks-because it was too windy.

Seemed odd since there was only the faintest of breezes in the air.

We still felt bad, and certainly didn't want to be responsible for kids being permanently scarred for life, so we moved.

Not that Disney does anything to ever permanently scar kids!!??

It was just as well, because by now my wife was using her unfair estrogen advantage to outfish me two to one, which was even noticed by the ferry boat- line operator, who made it a point to walk over to our boat and tell us of his keen observation.

Darn estrogen.

By the time we motored our way back into Bay lake our "two hour cruise" was pretty much at an end. Of course there was still the matter of settling up on the bill, and receiving a nice complimentary subscription to a bass fishing magazine---which of course happens to be owned by Disney.....

As we left the boat and headed back into the perfect world of magical princesses, long lines, and the ever present gift shops, I couldn't help but think that I had just got off the best ride at Disney World.

Well-except for the Mad Tea Cups....

Improve Your Golf Game on the Back Nine

All the major tournaments, especially the U.S. Open and the PGA, are a true test of endurance. They are usually located in a part of the country where it is hot, humid and muggy. A real physical and mental drain on any golfer.

Look who has been winning the Majors in the last couple of years: Phil Mickelson, Tiger Woods and Vijay Singh. They have incredible endurance. It doesnt come by accident. They work at it.

Endurance is a word that is commonly associated with athletes such as marathon runners, tri-athletes, swimmers, and cyclists.

Granted, the majority of amateurs use a cart to play. This takes the walking part of the game out of the equation. Bit when most golfers break down, it has more to do with the endurance of the swing muscles than the walking part.

Think of endurance as the ability to perform the same activity over and over for an extended amount of time at max effort and peak performance. Relating this definition to, say, a marathon runner becomes pretty easy. A marathon runner, for example, has to have the cardiovascular (blood and oxygen) endurance to run 26 miles at a steady pace. In addition to having the cardiovascular endurance to run 26 miles, a marathoner needs to also have the endurance in their muscular system to again run 26 miles. If they do not, the body begins to give up and this is seen in the form of cramping, muscles not responding, and the body hitting the wall as many marathoners call it.

Endurance as it applies to the golf swing and the ability to perform the swing correctly is different than the intensity of running a marathon. But the underlying theme when it comes to endurance is the same. Swinging a golf club is a repetitive, explosive movement performed by the body. The muscles are active from address, back swing, transition, contact, and follow through in the same motor pattern every time you swing a club (or at least they should be; for some of us amateurs the swing path changes from time to time, but that is a subject for another article). Anyways, to perform the golf swing efficiently and effectively for an extended period of time (like 4 rounds of tournament golf) the muscles involved in the golf swing are required to have a certain level of endurance developed within them to sustain the swing.

Do you have enough gas in the tank?

It is essentially having enough gas in your tank to swing a club a given number of times. Now I referred to a four-day tournament, which is the average number of days a PGA tour event lasts, but when it comes to endurance and golf swing the number of swings in a tournament is only the beginning. Remember the definition of endurance is the ability of the body to perform a certain movement over and over for a given period of time. In relation to the golf swing and endurance we must also include a time frame. Let us first begin with looking at a typical four-day tournament. At the very least, we need enough endurance in the muscles that swing a club to hit all the shots from tee to green in 72 holes of golf. On top of just the tournament play you must add the additional practice time before or after the round. This could comprise anywhere from 2-3 hours of additional time swinging a club. Now, at this point we are just talking about a single tournament for a tour player.

Let us expand this time period to 7 days. A 7-day time frame for a tour player would consist of a 4-day tournament (Thursday through Sunday) in addition to 3 additional days in the week. Realize that those three other days during week are not rest days, but rather filled with work. First off, you have Wednesday, which, at most tournaments, is when the Pro-am is scheduled. If you are unaware of what a Pro-am is on tour, it is a round of golf usually held on Wednesday where each pro in the upcoming tournament is paired with three amateurs for a round of golf. So we can chalk this up to another round of golf. This again would comprise all the golf swing made during the round and any practice before and after.

We are up to Wednesday through Sunday of a tour week. Now what about Monday and Tuesday of a tour week? I would guess that it would be safe to say that probably most players take Monday off, not always, but most of the time. Tuesday is a whole different story. Tuesday is a practice day where a pro could spend 4 to 6 hours at the range, putting and chipping. The number of swings taken on Tuesday can be huge!

So there you have it, a full week on tour with an idea of the number of swings taken by a tour player over a 7-day time frame. Now take this number of swings and multiply it out over an entire season where an average player will participate in 25 tournaments. The numbers get really big looking at it from this perspective. I imagine at this point the connection between endurance and the golf swing has been made. It essentially comes down to this: to swing the club effectively on the correct path over an extended period of time, you need to develop endurance in your muscular system specific to golf. The next question to present is how do you do that?

Developing Endurance Specific to the golf Swing

So how do you develop endurance in the muscles that are used in the golf swing? You can not really do it by running or doing the Stair Master at your local health club. The reason why? These types of exercises are great for developing cardiovascular endurance and developing some musculature endurance in the legs, but they do not work all the muscles involved in the golf swing. And they certainly do not create endurance in these muscles in relation to how they are used to swing a club.

The methodology that is required to develop endurance in the golf swing requires you to perform what I call cross specificity exercises specific to the movements and positions in which the body placed during the swing. The result of this type of training is what we term a transfer-of-training effect. A transfer-of-training effect is where the exercises performed in your training program improve the performances on the field of competition. Field of competition, when it comes to golf, pertains to the golf course and your swing. So invariably we need to develop what I term golf endurance through exercises that are cross specific to the golf swing with the outcome of a transfer-of-training effect to golf swing.

How To Embrace Emotional Goal Creation

Do our thoughts drive our emotions or vice-versa? What lessons can we learn about emotions and their impact on creating the goals we feel strongly connected to? While some emotions seemed to drain us of energy, others have the opposite effect. In this article we will look at how the practice of observing your emotions can lead you ever closer to what your goals are really intended to create.

It's probably self-evident to most people that feeling sad or down about the reality of your current life because it is in stark contrast to a future and unrealized potential, often makes you tired! So tired, that your very life energy can appear to be draining away. But it doesn't have to be that way. The very same energy you make use of to paint black the mental sky scape with clouds of gloom and resignation, can blow the storm away and reveal a brighter scene.

How is this done? The first step is to start becoming the dispassionate observer of your own emotional experience. Not to ignore or deny these emotions, mind you - because there is a part of you that is experiencing their effects in real-time, but to observe and yet feel them as we observe and feel the changing weather day by day.

In the context of setting life changing goals, this practice of observation can be unnerving at the best of times. There is sometimes a "knot" in your stomach or you may even feel a little sick at the thought of what lies between you and your goal. This is good! Embrace it, because the very fact that you can feel this way means the goal is a biggie. And this act of observing gives you an opportunity to send some of these mental clouds on their way with your very own jet stream of desire. It might take a little time. But the storm will pass.

Which leaves you where, exactly? In my experience, it can take you from being one of the "worried well" about setting your goals, to a state of almost driven calm. Easier to feel than to write about, but there for the asking. In fact, as you practice this observation of your emotional connection with your goals, you should expect there to be some anxiety, nervousness and doubts - sometimes almost as much as the positive emotions of courage, hope and desire. I guess underneath it all we're each just one big emotional weather machine!

And that brings me back to the opening paragraph of this article. What I do know is this. Thinking happy thoughts often just doesn't cut it on a permanent basis when I am, as the song goes, "feeling blue". Or when I am simply over anxious about where my goals might take me. God forbid! I might actually get closer to achieving some of them! Whereas, when my emotional barometer is "set fair", as a natural outcome of this habitual observing, it's very difficult for negative events, people or feelings to "bring me down" for long. So that's where I go now. How about you?

A complete renovation, rather than changing just a few items at a time, is really the most efficient way to remodel a bathroom. However, this is only possible if there is more than one bathroom in the house. There are ways to ensure that this is not messy, inconvenient or challenging. Whether you're doing cosmetic changes or a complete remodel, carefully plan your bathroom project. You'll save time and minimise unwanted surprises. Estimate the costs of fixtures, cabinets, pipes and fittings and other materials. Budget the expensive materials carefully and try to use existing materials where possible. The space, being compact, requires a juggling of positions and placements. Then again, being a wet zone, leakage factors in floors and concealed plumbing need effective pre-construction treatments.

Segregating the area into wet and dry zone allows for cleanliness. The use of deodorants, air fresheners and purifiers as well as adequate provisions of bins, peg / rod hangers, miniature cabinets, shelves, allows for optimum space utility. The dry area which houses the wash basins needs to be equipped with large panel of mirrors that lends a wide spacious look to the room while also providing for grooming and dressing facilities. Developing the perfect golf swing is a science that is put down to pure physics. In a nutshell what you want to happen is for the club to swing back on the swing plain, this mean going back in a straight direction in line with you target. From here you want to continue swinging back until your wrists cock, where the club should be parallel with the ground. This is the end of the back swing. From here you want to lead your down swing with the hips and make sure that your club and club face follow through on the swing plain, swinging off the swing plain with clause you to hit a draw or fade. Lastly as you follow through you must keep your head down and continue the momentum of your swing going until your swing has fully finished. Ok so how do we put this all together.

Firstly before we look at the back swing lets look at how you are going to address the ball before you swing. Normally what you want to hit your lowest clubs, your wedges off the middle of your stance and as you move up your clubs slightly move the ball forward in your stance. This should be done until you will have the ball been hit off somewhere between the inside of your front foot and your toe for your driver. The reason you want to this is because your low iron have such a high loft and since they have such a high loft you want to hit them striking downwards so that you dont catch the ball thin and hit the ball with the right trajectory. Obviously as you move up the clubs the lofts get lower so you want to hit the ball more on the up.

So as I said before when performing the backswing we want to make sure that the club stays on the swing plain and that you cock your wrist once your club reaches parallel with the ground. To make sure that the club stays on the swing plain, insure that when you swing back you swing straight back and that you do not over rotate your hips, over rotating your hips will cause you to draw the club around your body and when you end up swinging through the ball you will hit a draw.

So next we want to unwind and perform the downswing, this is where all the build up of power from the backswing is released so that we can accelerate the club through the ball and generate the power to hit the ball. one of the most important things about performing the downswing is that you lead it with your hips, you do not want to try and generate the power to hit the ball with your arms, your arms a merely a tool for grasping the club. All the power that you generate to hit the ball should come from you hips. This is imperative for insuring a good golf swing. Along with this it is also important to keep your club swinging along the clubs swing plain and inline with your target. This will insure that you hit the ball straight and not hit a draw or fade.

Lastly we want to perform the golf swings follow through. Basically in the follow through what you want to continue to insure is that your club remains on the swing plain, your head stays down through the ball and that you fully let the power of your golf swing unwind. You do not want to interrupt your swing half way through your follow through; doing this will affect your downswing and may result in you not hitting the ball cleanly. To sum up these are a few tips that should be able to put you on the right track to developing a good golf swing and in the more wider sense developing a better golf game. computer HARDWARE BASICS

MICROPROCESSOR:

Microprocessor is the brain of any computer. It controls all activities inside the computer. Basically it performs 2 types of operations - arithmetic & logical operation (internally), read & write (externally). Read /write operations are performed on 2 types of devices - I/O and memory devices. It uses the address bus to select any location on these devices, sends a read/write signal over the control bus and then the information over the data bus.

MEMORY devices:

The CPU stores all information in the computers memory. There are two memory types - RAM & ROM

RAM (Random access Memory):

This volatile type is a read & write memory device. This loses its contents when power is shut off.

The types of RAM are

DRAM (Dynamic ram) is similar to a capacitor, as it tends to lose its contents and hence requires to be refreshed. This is the computer RAM.

SRAM (Static ram) Is faster than Dram and doesnt require to be refreshed. This is costly and hence only a limited amount is used as CACHE memory in the computer.

ROM (Read only memory):

ROM can be programmed using a programmer and then it acts as a read only device. This device is used as the textbook for the CPU in the computer and is called ROM BIOS. It stores all the basic information of programming the devices present inside the system as well as the POST (Power On Self Test) sequence. AMIBIOS and AWARD BIOS are the most common ROM BIOS.

The types of ROM are

PROM (Programmable Read Only Memory)

EPROM (Erasable & Programmable Read Only Memory)

FLASH ROM

EEPROM (Electrically EPROM)

EAPROM (Electrically Alterable ROM)

I/O devices:

Apart from passive memory devices, there are certain controllers in the system, which assist the CPU in performing various operations. These are referred to as I/O devices. These devices include Interrupt controller, Timer, Ports, DMA controller, Floppy Drive controller, CRT controller etc.

BUSES & EXPANSION SLOTS:

These are the means through which communication between various devices of the computer takes place and the types are as mentioned below.

ISA (Industry Standard Architecture):

ISA bus consists of a 24-bit address bus and the 16-bit data bus. ISA can support 8MHZ clock speed.

MCA bus (Micro Channel Architecture):

MCA bus is available either in 16 bit or 32 bit versions. It was developed in a new line of computers called the PS/2 (personal system 2). The clock speed is slightly faster (10MHZ instead of 8MHZ).

EISA bus:

EISA has a 32-bit Address and data bus and 10MHZ CLK speed.

VL BUS/VESA LOCAL bus:

It is a 32-bit bus which was positioned local to the CPU and hence its name. Therefore it could support high bus speeds (that of the CPU).

pci bus:

pci has many benefits over other bus types. First of all, it supports 64 bit and 32-bit data paths. So it can be used both for 486 and Pentium based systems. pci can run up to 33MHZ speed and has the advantage of being isolated from the CPU. intel developed this bus.

pcmcia: (PC Memory card International Association):

The pcmcia was first designed for expanding the memory in small, handled computers. PCMICIAS bus width is only 16 bits, but a 32-bit version is on its way. There are three types of cards namely

Type 1 (3.3 m thick)- used for memory card.

Type 2 (5 mm thick)- used for modem and lan adapter.

Type 3 (10.5 mm0 thick) - used for most common applications like PC hard disk cards.

add ON cards:

These are cards plugged on to the main board, the mother board (The one that houses the CPU & RAM/ROM Bios). Each performs specific functions of interfacing the Motherboard to peripheral device like mouse, monitor etc. Some add-ons are discussed below.

DISPLAY adapter:

These interface the motherboard with the monitor and there are several types of cards. The variations are in resolution, no. Of colors supported and speed.

CGA (Color Graphics Adapter)

640 X 200 pixels

MDA (Mono Display Adapter):

80 characters wide 25 lines long

EGA (Enhanced Graphics Adapter):

640 X 350 mode

VGA (Video Graphics Adapter):

Advanced versions of SVGA/TVGA which start from a resolution of 640 X 480 pixel

AGP (Accelerated Graphics Port):

Introduced in the celeron/P II based systems, this caters to the demanding multimedia applications with its high performance.

IDE I/O card:

Supports the following functions.

SERIAL PORT:

communication external to the computer is done serially (bit after bit) through this port. It is used to connect communication devices like mouse, modem etc.

PARALLEL PORT:

8 Bit data transfer takes place between the computer and an external device. It is typically used to connect a printer.

GAME PORT:

It is used to connect a joystick for playing games.

IDE (Integrated/Intelligent Drive Electronics) Interface: This interface is used to communicate with IDE Hard disks.

FLOPPY DISK controller:

The FDC can support up to two floppy disk drives. The FDC is connected to the system bus and to the DMA controller. It performs data transfer in DMA mode.

sound card:

This is the card that adds audio effects to the computer by providing interface with microphone and speaker. This is used in multimedia computers.

PERIPHERAL devices:

FLOPPY DRIVES:

1.44 MB & 1.2 MB are two types of popular Floppy Drives.

HARD DISK DRIVES:

ST 506 & ESDI are old types. IDE hard disks are popular because their price to performance ratio is very good. For very high performance, SCSI (Small computer systems Interface) is the ideal option, if price is not a criterion.

CDROM DRIVES:

CDROM drive is used in a multimedia system as it can support all types of CD ROMs be it data CD, audio CD, video CD. It has a great advantage of storing about 650 MB of data in a single CD.

keyboard:

keyboard translates the keystrokes into letters or numbers. These letters are interpreted and the computer CPU depending executes commands on what was sent. Variations in terms of XT/AT, no. of keys, type of keys used may be observed.

mouse:

To interact with the pictures (ICONS), a special pointer device was introduced into the computer world. This device is known as mouse and is connected to the serial port.

The mouse contains a round ball that makes contact with two rollers-one for X-axis (the horizontal) and one for Y-axis (the vertical). Moving the mouse causes the ball to roll, and the ball, which is in contact with the two rollers, causes them to turn. This is used for moving clicking the mouse buttons makes a pointer head on the screen and selection.

SCANNERS:

In addition to keyboards and pointing devices, there is another very common method of getting data into the computer. A scanner is used to scan an image (say from a photo) and editing may be done using a suitable software.

MONITORS:

The monitor receives video signals from the computer video adapter card and displays the video information as pixels (picture elements) on the monitor screen. A variety of monitors ranging from CGA mono to SVGA colour are available for users to choose from (though the former is totally obsolete).

CONFIGURATION SETUP:

This is where we define the system configuration. This is done only when the system is assembled and configured for the first time or when it is upgraded. (One may enter the SETUP by pressing Del key as the system is powered up). Different BIOS support different options but the most essential ones, which are found on all systems, are listed below.

DATE & TIME: It displays the correct Date & Time. It has to be set when system is first installed.

FLOPPY TYPE:

To define the Floppy drives connected (1.2MB or 1.44MB).

HARD DISK TYPE: To select the Hard disk type (Primary or secondary)

DISPLAY TYPE: Its select the types of video adapter used for the system monitor.

CACHE ENABLE/DISABLE:

This category speeds up the Memory access. (Default value: Enable) and defines presence or absence of cache memory.

QUICK POWER ON SELF TEST: Its speeds up the Power On Self Test after you power up the computer.

PASSWORD setting: This allows you to set the system password.

POWER MANAGEMENT: This category allows you to select the type (or degree) of power saving.

LOADING DEFAULT VALUES:

There are many parameters, which need to be defined in the CMOS setup, and one may not want to do so manually. This option loads certain default values, stored in the BIOS ROM, which have been defined by the manufacturer for optimal system performance.

ENABLE/DISABLE ON BOARD FUNCTIONS:

To enable/disable certain onboard functions like Floppy Disk control etc (This applies only to integrated Motherboards where the add ON functions are integrated on the Motherboard itself).

PNP FEATURES: This category is used to configure the pci bus slots.

IDE AUTO DETECTION: This allows you to detect the IDE Hard drives automatically.

SAVING & EXITING:

This allows you to save the new setting value in the CMOS memory and continue with the booting process.

POST (POWER ON SELF TEST):

This POST firmware is stored in ROM on the motherboard. This POST is a series of a simple program to test and catch faults in different components and circuits. It tests the microprocessor, interrupt controller, PPI, DMA controller, ROM, RAM, peripheral controllers etc.

SYMPTOMS:

In case of error detection during POST, indications like error beeps/error messages helps troubleshoot problems.

speaker:

With the help of speaker error beeps, we can troubleshoot faults. Each fault causes the speaker to emit different patterns of beeps.

DISPLAYED ERROR MESSAGES:

When system is powered on, error message will be displayed on the screen (Floppy disk fail), if the video adapter is functional.

DIAGNOSTIC cards:

The advanced diagnostic add on card captures details of POST sequence and displays a hexa code which may be used for in-depth & accurate diagnosis of a POST problem.

CDROM DRIVES:

A computer CD-ROM drive uses small, interchangeable, plastic-encased discs from which data is retrieved using a laser beam, much like music compact disc. And like a music CD, a computer CD-ROM stores vast amounts of information. This is achieved by using light to record data in a form thats more tightly packed than the relatively clumsy magnetic read/write heads a conventional drive must manage.

The drive is controlled by a software in your PC that sends instructions to controller circuitry thats either a part of the computers motherboard or on a separate board installed in an expansion slot.

How a CD_ROM drive works? A motor constantly varies the rate at which CD-ROM disc spins so that regardless of where a component, called DETECTOR, is located in relation to the radius of the disc, the portion of the disc immediately above the detector is always at the same speed.

The laser projects a concentrated beam of light that is further focused by a focusing coil.

The laser beam penetrates a protective layer of plastic and strikes a reflective layer that looks like aluminum foil on the bottom of disc.

The surface of the reflective layer alternates between lands and pits. Lands are flat surface areas; pits are tiny depression in the reflective layer. these surface are record of the 1s and 0s used to store data.

Lights that strikes a pit scattered. But light that strikes a land is reflected directly back at the detector, where it passes through a prism that deflects laser beam to a LIGHT-SENSING DIODE.

Truly the world is all interconnected and interrelated. This couple's love for one another attests to that and further joins East and West together in perfect harmony. Blossom is what underground uranium miners called the crystals forming on the tunnel walls. Because the ore was in contact with air inside an underground mine, and as ground water moved slowly against the mines walls, a visible crust of uranium crystals would precipitate, or blossom along those walls. Making the uranium soluble doesnt require a lot of oxygen and water because oxidization is a natural process. Adding more oxygen to the groundwater found in, and around, a uranium-mineralized orebody is the principle upon which present-day In Situ Leach (ISL) uranium mining is based.

Eons ago, the uranium was soluble and moved, on or below the surface, with the ground water. In roll front uranium deposits the uranium was transported into the area through the natural groundwater system and precipitated from solution due to some reducing environment, explained Harry Anthony, Chief Operating Officer of Uranium Energy Corp. Often, the reducing agent was something organic, such as coal, deep-seated oil and gas deposits, or hydrogen sulfide gases. In its reduced form, the uranium crystals are insoluble. It will precipitate as a coating on the existing sand grains of the sandstone, added Anthony. As more water containing uranium sweeps through this area, and encounters this reducing environment, more uranium is precipitated until there is a sufficient concentration to make it a commercial deposit.

After the geological team has delineated a companys uranium roll front deposit and determined it is of economic value, the company must turn to its ISL design engineers to complete the mining process. While it takes stellar geologists such as David Miller of Strathmore Minerals, Bill Sheriff of Energy Metals, or William Boberg of UR-Energy to accumulate large, proven uranium-mineralized holdings, as they have done in Wyoming, New Mexico, Texas or elsewhere, each must turn to their engineers to extract the uranium from those sand grains and process them to produce an economic quantity of uranium oxide, or U3O8. The overwhelming majority of ISL facilities, designed in the United States, were engineered by Harry Anthony, Doug Norris and Dennis Stover.

Trained as a mechanical engineer, Harry Anthony has been involved with more than ten ISL uranium operations from Union Carbides Palangana in 1976 to Uranium Resources Bruni, Benavides, North Platte, Kingsville Dome and Rosita ISL projects. Anthonys consulting work has taken him to ISL projects in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the Czech Republic. Dennis Stover is best remembered for designing Smith Ranch in Wyoming, now owned by Cameco Corp. With a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan, Dr. Stover helped develop the first commercial alkaline ISL project in south Texas for Atlantic Richfield and helped develop an additional five small ISL operations in south Texas. Also a chemical engineer by training, Doug Norriss paths have crossed with both Stover and Anthony. He helped build the Highland and Smith Ranch ISL operations in Wyoming, and designed Mestenas Alta Mesa ISL operation in south Texas.

HOW DOES ISL MINING REVERSE MOTHER NATURE?

In its natural, reduced environment, uranium exists as a solid in the +4 valence, Anthony explained. In the mining stage, we are reversing Mother Natures process by adding oxygen, oxidizing the uranium from a valence of +4 to a valence of +6. The uranium was oxidized at one time, but then reduced by Mother Nature. By drilling wells into the ore zone, circulating the water and adding oxygen to it, the uranium is made soluble again.

Is it really this simple? Yes and no. Energy Metals Chief Operating Officer Dennis Stover outlined the process, Youre simply adding, into the injection well, gaseous oxygen, just pure oxygen, but youre doing it under the water level in the well. The natural pressure, created by that column of water above the injection point, allows the oxygen to dissolve into the water so that theres no free gas being put into the well.

Stover compared the oxygen dissolved in the liquid to the carbon dioxide dissolved in a bottle of soda. The soda remains clear, dissolved in the liquid, when stationery. But when you shake it up, the gas will break out, added Stover. The pressure thats available that lets you dissolve the oxygen is determined by the amount of naturally occurring water pressure thats on the uranium deposit. Stover explained that if the deposit is 100 feet below the water table, you can dissolve a certain amount of oxygen. If the uranium deposit is 200 feet below the water table, or twice as deep, you can dissolve twice as much oxygen.

Historically, ISL mining evolved from acid leaching to leaching with sodium bicarbonate or sodium carbonate. Most people add only carbon dioxide in dissolved oxygen at this point, Stover explained. Theres a chemical relationship between carbon dioxide gas, bicarbonate, and the carbonate ion. The host rock typically contains calcium carbonate or sodium carbonate minerals. By adding the carbon dioxide, Stover said, It will lower the PH of the solution just slightly. That enhances the solubility of the naturally occurring calcium carbonate. According to Stover and the other experts, the addition of carbon dioxide is an effective replacement for the previously added bicarbonate ion.

The goal is to get the uranium out of the sandstone and soluble. Were accelerating Mother Nature and making the uranium soluble again, said Doug Norris, engineering manager for Uranium Energy. When its soluble, we can just pump it out of the ground. But it is dissolved in the water like salt in sea water. You cant see it, but its there.

MINING THE URANIUM

ISL mining and processing the uranium is a very simple process. Its a water treatment plant with hundreds of water wells. There are two types of wells: injection and production. The water plus reagent (oxygen, carbon dioxide) is injected into the ground via water wells. Outside the United States, where environmental regulations may be less restrictive, an ISLs aquifer may be bombarded with harsh acid leaching. On Harry Anthonys engineering services website, he describes the process he observed in the Czech Republic, Over 4,100,000 tons of H2SO4 (sulfuric acid), 270,000 tons of HNO3 (nitric acid), 100,000 tons of NH3 (ammonia), and 25,000 tons of HF (hydrofloric acid) were consumed by the mine.

It would be nearly impossible to get an ISL project permitted in the United States using these chemicals to leach the uranium. The water quality division, within a states Department of Environmental Quality (DQE), demands restoration to background, which is about where the groundwater was before ISL mining began. The less things you add, the less you have to reclaim at the end of the process, Doug Norris pointed out. The more stuff you add trying to get it out of the ground, the more you have to clean up.

Dennis Stover explained how the fluids presently used came about, Historically, most ISL operations had a great deal of difficulty with plugging or fouling of their injection wells due to the precipitation of excessive amounts of salts. He pointed out that the chemistry miners were using in conventional milling operations didnt work in ISL mining. Because they had very high concentrated salt solutions, they were trying to accelerate everything, Stover told us. When you take those concentrated solutions and put them underground, Mother Nature is not always happy. Other salts that were present in the rock would dissolve, solutions would become supersaturated and they would precipitate out. The wells would plug up.

Norris explained that sometimes you have to add a carbonate source, such as carbon dioxide to stabilize the dissolved uranium as uranyl dicarbonate. Norris said, The uranium is in a solid state in the ore, as Mother Nature left it. We oxidize it and turn it into uranyl dicarbonate. What goes to the processing plant is called lixiviate, the dissolved uranium in its ionic form. According to Anthony, Today, most ISL mining operates at neutral pH, and the uranium is complexed as a dicarbonate.

Water is circulated through the injection wells with the expressed purpose of separating the uranium coating the sandstone. Each time you circulate the water through the orebody, you are capturing some of the uranium. Each pass through is called a pore volume. Its like filling up a bucket of sand with water, explained Anthony. Once you have the bucket full of sand, you can still pour in water. The amount of water you can pour in until you just bring it up to the top of the sand is termed a pore volume. Pore volume is the interspatial volume.

In Anthonys models for operating an economic ISL plant, he calculates 20 pore volumes (PV). Porosity, or the spaces in between the sand particles, where the water can travel (permeability), helps determine how much uranium can be recovered. It takes about 20 PV to 30PV to recover the highest percentage, said David Miller, who was Cogemas chief ISL geologist in the United States, before becoming President of Strathmore Minerals. But, as the price of uranium keeps going higher, it may be economic to recover a higher percentage of the orebody. Maybe 40PV to 50PV will be possible with the direction the prices are moving. Of course, your average processed grade will go down. A few years ago, you would want to shut wells off at 15 parts per million (ppm), but now you might want to run them at 10ppm. At $50/pound uranium, you may be able to run at 7 or 8ppm.

Typically, an ISL operation should recover about 70 percent of the uranium in the ore, under the 20PV to 30PV scenario. However, in the case of the Czech Republics Diamo project, once Europes largest uranium mining operation, only 55 percent was recovered. Clearly, the more uranium recovered with the least number of pore volumes, the lower the operating costs. Trying to recover more uranium is only possible if you have the plant capacity. Because of the rising price of uranium, we would expect more companies to attempt to recover a higher percentage of uranium. Miller warns, however, You will not make your production quota if your plant is sized at a certain gallons per minutes at a certain grade to meet your annual production. If you lower the average grade and fail to increase your flow rate, your annual production will decrease.

Equipoise of these two is real yoga; Hevajra Tantra says that this yoga of union leads one to the state of Tathata (isness). One through the union of vajra and lotus attains highest bliss and becomes Tathagata who knows how to depart from this world perfectly and how to return in this world perfectly for the resurrection of the deluded beings.

Unifying these two one achieves the clear light, the inner revelation of the ultimate truth. Prajna and upaya is also termed by word vajra-yosid, when vajra dwells in the space of yosid with a mudra and recollects the svadhisthana, one enjoys great bliss.

The unity of vajra and lotus is also known in tantras by yogic term ha-tha in which ha is sun energy and tha is moon energy constantly coming in and going out through the two nadis ida and pingala. Unifying these two at the novel center brings great pleasure says yogis. It is said that hatha is the best wish granting jewel; it grants every thing desired, and seizing by force enacts even the success of the Buddha. One recollects the view of emptiness through the meaning of the mantra; one thinks that outer offerings as well as inner offerings lack svabhava (natural existence). Even he thinks that the mind which understands emptiness lacks true existence itself. Tantra says that in this way of thinking one perfectly sees that all things which he would generate in the sadhana is mere a play of bliss and emptiness. This understanding of reality is perfectly realized only after secret consecration in the Bhaga mandala in which secret essence of the all the Buddhas abides. In the section dwelling in the womb of the vajra lady I did shed some light on the mantrik aspect of syllable e-vam of Buddhist tantras at some length.

There I explained the unity of the e-vam as most secret, for the unity of these two syllables is what is said as great bliss. It is like unity of Linga and Yoni, as from the movement of the union of Linga and Yoni, in different junctures different kinds of bliss is experienced; so as in the different juncture of mantra recitation different kind of bliss is experienced. Hevajra tantra describes five kinds of bliss in the union of vajra and lotus -from the contact of male and female sexual organs there is the experience of hardness. The nature of hardness is Vairochana whose nature is delusion. The semen is water element because water flows; it is lord Aksobhya whose nature is wrath. From the friction of two sex organs fire arises it said to be Amitabha whose nature is passion. The semen which is placed within the female organ is of the nature of movement there arises air hence Amoghasiddhai who is of the nature of wrath.

The pleasure of passion than becomes than impassioned characteristic of which is space thus Pisunavajra arises whose nature is envy. The great consciousness which is in fact one in all the five stages of sexual experience, exists in five forms and is of the nature of five families, from it arises host of divinities.

These five kinds of joys are experienced in the sexual union because it is of the nature of creation, in the union they manifest simultaneously one by one creating joy. While in yoga of dissolution i.e. in laya yoga through dissolution of these five aggregates (five elements in Hindu tantra four in Buddhist tantras) also joy is generated. And through various stages of dissolution; finally one experiences ultimate bliss of emptiness. Abut which it is said that it comes after the joy of cessation.

How To Swing A Golf Club - The Two Lever Putt

You probably have experience with putting. You swing the putter straight back and then again straight thru down along the target line. OK, we want to use that experience in the full swing. Putting is an activity that uses only one lever (your arms stay in the same line with the putter throughout the stroke.)

What you are going to learn today is the two-lever putt. This is a motion where your left arm is one lever, and the golf club is the second lever. Take your stand by the golf ball. Now the idea is to swing back and swing thru just like putting. The only thing new is to allow your wrists to cock - uncock - cock thru the swing. This means allowing your second lever, the golf club, to swing back and "hinge". Move the club back from the ball just like putting. Imagine a target line going forward and back from the ball for a long distance. Because you are making a full swing, allow the club to go back a lot farther than with a putt. As the club is swung back, around hip height allow your wrists to break or cock (this is using the second lever) and keep tracing the imaginary target line back.

Just let your body react naturally to the movement of the club. DO NOT create tension between the shoulders and hips. Be relaxed and balanced. When you feel that you have swung back as far as is comfortable, then just PUTT down the target line. And as in a putt, you want to make sure to move a square clubface into the ball at the moment of impact. Continue your PUTT thru the target line and continue your swing comfortable. The metaphor of a two - lever putt can be a very useful one in learning how to swing a golf club. TRY IT! Is your ball flight straighter? Are you more in control of your game? While no one has an appetite to aggressively regulate this technology, changes will need to happen to accommodate the rapid move in consumer and business use patterns. Gartner believes that with voip and other IP-enabled or electronic communications service (ECS) maturing, end users are often unaware that protection and statutory rights are not the same with voip services as for switched voice.

Therefore, Gartner concludes, voip will force broad regulatory changes, because voice telephony is being redefined. IP not only affects the pricing of voice services, but also changes the way voice services and features are ordered, provisioned, delivered, marketed and regulated. As a result, the inevitable regulatory changes will add cost to the provisioning of IP-enabled services, thus closing the end-user price advantage currently enjoyed by voip services.

As regards the UK market specifically, under the communications Act of 2003 Ofcoms primary regulatory control on the voip market is to police a code of conduct for providers of a pubic telephony service over whatever technology to consumers and small business.
